On Our Way’s Birth story:

On Our Way, is the brainchild of two foodies who does not want to sacrifice time or flavor on their road trip. They were on their way up to San Francisco from San Diego, California. The drive on the I-5 N near Bakersfield, California produced Yelp searches that all pointed 25 miles east. Freeway I-5 is a direct shot to San Francisco. With grumbling bellies, they just wanted good food, no; scratch that, great food, ON THEIR ROUTE! They didnt want
to drive 25 miles out of their way for mediocre food. Yelp would not help them. They were willing to wait for great food, as long as it was on their route. Hence the idea for On Our Way was born.
